After a successful second site visit to Blenheim Palace for The Game Fair 2024 – this time involving ATA chair Andrew Race – plans are now well advanced for get Into Fishing’s next outdoor event.
Andrew was accompanied by ATA media lead and Game Fair angling consultant John Hunter along with key Game Fair personnel. They walked the proposed site of the Get Into Fishing area, mulled over the options for demonstrations and tuition and assessed the viability of using the picturesque River Glynne for have-a-go fishing, scheduled to be delivered once again by the Canal & River Trust coaches.
Subsequently, a series of key benefits for exhibiting at the show, from July26th to 28th, have also been negotiated, from generous discounted stand rate and additional options to cashback schemes on tickets sold, marketing strategies and opportunities for branding as well as the involvement of sponsored anglers, ambassadors and key influencers, before, during and after the event.
John said: “Andrew, myself and all who attended The Game Fair at Ragley Hall last summer are determined to build on that success when the show moves to Blenheim Palace for 2024.
“The stunning riverside setting is perfect for the ATA=-backed Get Into Fishing event and the ATA has once again negotiated some amazing deals and benefits for members.
“Sited on the main thoroughfare from one of the two entrances and in close proximity to the ever-popular shoot line, the location should prove ideal for attracting tens of thousands of existing anglers as well as potential newcomers for the brands to see.
“The offering was due to be presented to the board on Monday before being communicated to ATA members throughout the UK and I am also in the process of discussing the attendance of a number of celebrities and industry experts as well as building up even more content than we enjoyed in 2023.
“Blenheim Palace is widely regarded to have hosted the best-attended and most successful Game Fairs in its 65-plus years history and I have no doubt that 2024 will be equally special.”
