HunterMedia, a PR, marketing and events specialist in the outdoor sector, not to mention an Angling Trades Association member, has diversified as it adds a spirits business to its portfolio.
As a result, director John Hunter has taken on an additional role as marketing director for Hotspur Spirits, a Northumberland-based producer which designs and supplies bespoke and personalised, laser-engraved bottles.
The position sits alongside John’s other key roles as editor of international industry magazine Tackle Trade World, angling consultant at The Game Fair and, currently, media lead with the Angling Trades Association, among others.
John said: “I have worked on ad hoc basis with the team behind Hotspur Spirits for several years, both on its consumer-facing products and its law enforcement and military supply side.
“The rapid expansion of the latter side of the business, in particular, has mean it needs someone to handle its marketing on a more regular basis while also working on a number of bespoke projects and web builds.
“I remain firmly committed to my other roles within the angling and outdoor sector and I’m always happy to discuss opportunities with companies within this space.”
