ATA member brand Okuma has teamed up with The Pink Ribbon Foundation to help generate funds to fight breast cancer.

The Pink Ribbon Foundation (Reg. Charity No. 1080839) is a grant making trust with a mission to fund projects for and provide financial support to UK charities providing relief to people suffering from breast cancer.

Charities like The Pink Ribbon Foundation provide essential funding for those organisations helping to relieve the needs of people who are suffering from breast cancer or who have been affected by it as well as supporting those who work to advance the understanding of breast cancer, its early detection and treatment.

Okuma’s contract with The Pink Ribbon Foundation will see £1 donated for each reel sold to the angling trade, raising much needed finances for this worthy cause.

Like many organisations in this sector, The Pink Ribbon Foundation has very little infrastructure, it relies on the hard work given by Trustees, interested parties and its Patrons. This is done in order to maximise the amount, which goes to the charities that benefit from the funds raised.

More information about The Pink Ribbon Foundation can be found on their web site at www.pinkribbonfoundation.org.uk and on social media via their Facebook page www.Facebook.com/pinkribbonfoundation Twitter @pinkribbonfound Instagram @pinkribbonfoundation

The special edition Lotus bait feeder reels have a  normal RRP with an SSP now of £36.99.
